It is large in size and is the crown of legumes. It is a delicious food with high nutritional content. One hundred grams of dried beans contain 20% protein, 63% carbohydrates, 10 milligrams of calcium, fat, vitamin B, and other nutrients. It is the king of nutrition in beans. Snow mountain soybeans also have medicinal value. Regular consumption can have certain therapeutic effects on hypertension and heart disease, making it a truly green health food. In 1984, our state had a total broadcasting area of 13200 acres, with a yield of 215 kilograms per acre and a total yield of 2.84 million kilograms. In order to meet the needs of the market, especially with the increasing number of transfers to the mainland and the supply exceeding demand, our state has continuously increased the planting area, which has now reached 25000 acres, with a yield of 230 kilograms per acre and a total yield of 5.8 million kilograms.
